I ordered a pair of boots, which were described as gently used. When I received them and inspected them, the stitching is coming undone on the outside of the right boot, the inner soles are practically gone and the left boot’s heel is worn out unevenly. This are issues I couldn’t see and she did not put them on the description. I message seller and she was very upset saying what did I expect for the $** plus $**.** shipping I paid. I requested a refund but seller will not accept as she wants the money. I simply want a label so I can return boots to seller, and I want my refund. Please don’t release funds to seller, as I feel I’m getting ripped of. Please help. Thank you.
