So I recently sold something on OfferUp, and shipped the item, it shows it's on its way to delivery by tomorrow and everything to the buyer.*But I received a email* notification from offer up saying I haven't shipped the item yet and there giving me * more days to send it out if I don't they'll cancel the order.**If the order is cancelled I lose money and the item I shipped out.**What should I do?

I contacted OfferUp through their app, and they contacted me back pretty quickly.*Go to the help section of their application, click any of the links like "buyer protection"*Once you clicked the 'topic' scroll all the way down and their should be a 'contact us' button with a envelope sign. Then fill out the form and provide transcation ID** of applicable.*If you do not see the 'contact us' link go through each topic and scroll down until you see a page that has that 'contact us' button.
