I had requested that seller cancel item, and received that cancellation notice on the OfferUp app on *****. This morning I received a shipment notification for the cancelled item with a delivery date of ****. This item took much longer to ship than allowed for on OfferUp and I have already purchased the item new from an online vendor. I tried submitted a claim for buyer protection on the app multiple times and keep getting a "server error" message. Can you please assist?
