Since early February **** I have been unable to watch films on Netflix using my Smart Toshiba TV as I believe my internet service provider cancelled my registered email which was *****@***.com. I have several times tried in vain to correct this , even with several Netflix chat assistance but regrettably did not help either. I would be very grateful if someone at your end will assist me to have *this service resumed.
