Our Netflix stopped working over * weeks ago, we called Telstra, eventually spoke to tech. who went through all fault finding, then sent out Foxtel tech, who after checking everything in house and Telstra box outside said fault is in the street i.e, streaming getting interrupted. We have tried unplugging the box and resetting, with limited success. I have checked internet conn. shows full connection sometimes but only Foxtel box to gateway*modem* other times, speed is usually **mps wifi set up, we feel even with Corona virus that we are wasting our money, but loved Netflix when it was working. Help
