The issue in GetHuman-nilinda's own words
I changed my password on my account the other day because it kept telling me it was wrong when I know it was right. Then I called, they cleared cookies from my browser, and the next day my whole account was erased and I had to make a new one and pay for it when it was not time to pay again for my subscription. Today they wouldn’t let me log in so I had to clear cookies again to be able to change my password because the reset link wasn’t working. After changing my password, my account was again suspended and trying to make me pay again for it

GetHuman-nilinda did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
