i subscribed to netflix on September ** ****. Yesterday (October **,****), i canceled my subscription and an email was sent to me from netflix confirming my cancellation. However, today (October **, ****), i get an email saying that i was charged $*.***Why's that and how can i fix it?
GetHuman-danasamm did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.

i contacted Netflix through a live chat (netflix.com* help center* scroll down* start live chat) and they explained the whole situation and they said that i was charged $*.** two time ms (which i didn't know) one was for authorization and they will refund it and the other one was because i logged in with another account using the same credit card and they said that if two account are being charged from the same card then they get only one free trial not two. I only needed to give them my name, Netflix email address, and the last four digits of my card. The girl i chatted with was really nice!
