I was trying to watch movies*tv shows which I can’t get on tv so I got Netflix so I could watch them. ... Hi, for this month Netflix has charged me double the amount it should have, I pay for the £*.** for one screen and I would really like for my money to be refunded to me for one of the payments Netflix have charged me for, I love Netflix and I don’t really want to cancel it but will have to if it keeps on charging me double.
This was especially frustrating because I don’t have a lot of money as it is and I can’t afford to be charged double.
They could make this right by refunding me for one of the payments they took from me.
I have been a customer for around * years with no problems except I’m now being charged double the amount.
No as this is the first time it’s happened to me and I’ve went through my whole phone to see if I was paying for anything else but I’m not Netflix is the only thing I’m paying for.
