The issue in GetHuman-mdomenza's own words
I was planning on getting my own account so I started the trial. By the end of the trial I decided not to go through with it and cancel. I went in the Netflix website to cancel and when I clicked on my subscription plan which was registered through the iTunes Store. When I was redirected to the iTunes Store to manage my subscriptions I couldn’t find my Netflix subscription info anywhere. So I decided to sign in through the website instead of the application and it told me to restart my membership because te trial was over. However I was still billed the nine dollars and I can’t even sign in. I would like a refund
GetHuman-mdomenza did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
