My Netflix is not working very well. This started about two weeks ago and it is getting worse. It is freezing all the time. Sometimes I am in the middle of a movie and it freezes, the screen goes black or it kicks me out. That is, when I am able to chose a movie, because lately I am not even able to make it to that point. I have a Roku and that is where I have my Netflix. Every other apps and everything else works perfectly. Netflix is the only one having problems.
GetHuman-rodgzliz did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
