I "supposedly" was given ** free days of Netflix and I never was able to connect to it. Since I never was able to connect, I figured it wasn't running. Then, I receive a bill for the first month... I never received the free service to determine if I want to subscribe. I need a refund and to get my ** free days back. Also, I will need to know what to do to set it up so I can watch if for the first ** days
