I rented a movie and a game on one transaction. All was well on that. I saw another game I wanted to rent and attempted to rent it and it brought a message up on the kiosk that stated my debit card could not be used to rent games. I tried it one more time and got the same message. I looked on my mobile banking app and it charged me for both times I attempted to rent the game. I just want a refund for $*.**. Thank you.
