If you believe you have been overcharged on your billing please review the previous months bill and the new bill to compare where the charges may have come from. A small increase may be a result of an change in taxes in your area.

I am paying for the **.** CAD*month service via Netflix Canada, and on my last * or * credit card statements I have been receiving an extra charge of **.** USD. I am a resident of Canada and believe I am being scammed since I have never logged in to Netflix in the USA nor do I have friends who live there who could be taking advantage of me. I would like to be refunded on these overcharges if possible, and I do not want to be charged **.** USD in the future.
GetHuman-rzarbl did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
