I have no clue why I was charged $**.** for an account I already have billed through Xfinity, I tried every email possible I could think of and it says none is on file. My name is Janina Anthony birthday ********** I was charged on debit card ending in ****. I want a refund asap because I do not feel as though I should be charged for something I had no knowledge of. I even checked ALL my emails to see if there was a receipt for the charges but nothing, however it shows on my bank statement. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible
