Help with my Netflix issue
Why can’t I access Netflix? I have been a subscriber for years. When I attempt to execute the program the only thing that comes up is NETFLIX in big bold letters. This has been going on for over a week. Why am I paying for something that I cannot access?
I trust that Netflix will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.

How GetHuman820867 fixed the problem:
Removed*reinstalled NETFLIX. I don’t know why it would not launch via Roku stick. It had for years. Unplugged the Roku for about a minute. Turned tv off for ** seconds. Turned everything back on and still had only Netflix Logo. Went to settings and removed NETFLIX. Then reinstalled. Launched the program and even though it took a few minutes longer bingo-all is fine.
