The issue in GetHuman-diannemo's own words
we had netflix installed and were paying $*.** month then we purchased a smart tv and had netflix conected we re joined and finished up with * accounts our new account was for $**.** month I rang and cancelled our first account for $*.** a month and was refunded the last two months now I have discovered that we are still paying for the $*.** amonth I cancelled the first account on *th Feb. **** but payments came out on **st Feb. **st. March and **rd April we wish to keep our $**.** a month account and we wish to be refunded the amount of $**.** thank you
GetHuman-diannemo did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
