I have difficulty speaking over the phone...**I really hope you read & understand what my issue is.**The information you need to pull up my account is*My name is Wendy Sarmiento *My phone * *** *** **** *My * digit code is ** ** **..**I am using my Samsung Galaxy phone hotstop to give my Vizio Smart Tv WiFi connection.. I'm not understanding why my TV shows that WiFi is connected to my TV by by using my phone hotspot services but when I see the details it show WiFi is connected..*The connection is Excellent *But at time it says the speed is poor.*Which I saw on YouTube clearing the Cache data would make my device preform faster so I cleared all the cache data out of my phone & as of yesterday that seemed to help it was showing the speed as Excellent *But speeding up my phone didnt help with the network side.*The network still doesn't show that its connected.. If my TV reads Excellent WiFi connection..*Why isn't the Network connecting.. What do I need to do to have both WiFi and the Network at a Connected level.. *Please help me..*Thank you,*Wendy
