I went in to authorize Metro PC dealer to get a new line of service added on he change my rate plan and charge me for that line an activation of that phone because he said he didn't have my phone that I originally got which I want it he said this phone is discontinued after getting the phone I left the store went to the other Metro PC dealer I see my exact phone that I want it so she tells me to go back to that dealer get a refund I go back to the dealer get a refund and he did not refund my fool $** and some change he only refunded me $** and some change not only did he not set my service back to where it was he took all my hotspot gigabytes did not reset my service not only that I wake up in the morning my phone is cut off and then turn around and charge me $** to cut my phone back on when I paid my bill on the *th of this month so now I'm on Wi-Fi on my dollar texting a message to you this is what I need to happen whenever it is store opens up I'm going to tell the representative to call Metro PC and talk to a manager I'm very displeased and then I want the credit of $** going to my new phone that I will be getting
