Ok I bought cell phone like * days ago paid for it and ported my number over from track phone the motorol e* believe now it only chargges slow noatter what block or wire I used took it back to metro the tested it and couldn't get it to charge off slow I though cause I just bought it the would just replace right there but no the said it's a warranty proablem and I would have to a hold or you guys and get replace the **** am not happy and because of this am think of find another cell company to use but that just me pissed off a little I need another cell warrentyed out to my and get this fixed in a timely manner or I will just return cell and find another carrier to use my name David long my number of cell is ********** my address is **** **nd pl court south Lakewood was ***** please can we get this delt with in timely manner please and thank you email *****@***.com just a little upset about the whole thing oh it took ** hrs to charge. Replacement cell sent out to me and I send u back this one am more then just wondering if metro the right carrier for me with *days and they can't even switch cell out at shop and take care of this myself **** we're costermer service it dead right no one cares or what sad not impressed at all first could get cell I want had to step down and it ***** all of it no I been waiting gor* hour still no call back am not happy
