A manager on the job refused to help me out today and this is the second time I’ve had to step foot into the store. She was very rude and told me to go to another location. I want to speak to a corporate member.

How GetHuman1351363 fixed the problem
I paid my phone on the **th. I also had a bank statement showing proof of payment. I stepped into the store the first time and Joanne (is her name) told me that the systems were down and she couldn’t help me. As her associate did try and called customer service and as it got difficult to figure out, Joanne stepped in and stated that the systems were down so for me to give it a day. So I did. I gave it * days actually. I have WiFi at my house so that’s how I was able to use my phone. I got tired of pushing it off so I went back to metro pcs and Joanne was there again and as soon as I stated “my phone still has not turned on” she stated “there’s nothing I can do to help you”. I became irate because i myself am in customer service and I know how you are suppose to treat people. First of all you could easily tell she didn’t want to do her job because when I walked into the store, she was standing behind the counter on her phone looking lazy. So I asked okay well customer service over the phone have not been able to help me and now you are telling me you cannot help me? “She said yes that’s exactly what I am saying. You paid your phone online. I can ONLY help you if you paid your phone in store”. I responded back “that’s not what you told me the last time I was here” and she said “ok well what exactly did I tell you last time you were here” and it just went down hill from there. She was going back and forth with me. She refused to help me and told me to go to another store location because I was “rude”. Of course I’m going to have an attitude when this lady refuses to do her job. My phone never got fixed. I ended up paying my phone bill TWICE in one month rather than once a month because this lady did not want to help me. And I spended more money then I wanted to. I even asked her for the corporate number and she also refused that. She is located off Andrews Hwy in Midland Texas.
