My phone number is ***-***-****. My phone went out and I got a new phone. In April ****, I was told to pay $**, $** in May, $** each in June and July. On Aug. **, I paid $** after I called one of your stores in Palmdale to verify what I would pay. I made another payment of $** on August ** because I would not available to pay my fee on September **. **My phone was turned off on September **. When I came back, I went to a store on Palmdale Bl. and asked what happened. I was told that my phone was turned off for non-payment despite the fact that I had made an advance payment. I told him I had to pay for appointments that I could not cancel because my phone was tuned off and I lost some business when I could not receive calls. I was told by the employee that he could do nothing about it. **Today, I went to another Metro PCS store and I was told my phone number was cancelled and I had to buy a new phone and get a new number. I told the representative that despite my having paid in advance, my service was turned off.**I want my phone number to be restored because getting a new number and buying a new phone would cost more money and bring so much inconvenience to me and to my contacts. I also want my start date to be changed to the day my service will be restored and I want that advance payment of $** on August ** to be refunded to me since the company did not provide me with any service.**Additionally, I was given a customer service number (***-***-**** which always cut me off when I said I wanted to talk to a live person.**I would like to get an immediate response because your cutting off my service has proven to be a major inconvenience. Thank you.
