The issue in GetHuman-brianalb's own words
I purchased a metro PCS phone and switched my service to Metro back in December of ****. I was only able to use my service a few days before I was hospitalized with a life threatening illness. I was in the hospital for * months, I wasn't discharged until March *, ****. My phone records will prove my phone was only used a few days after I switched service but I paid for the whole month which I was unable to use. I have been trying to take care of this matter since March and have been able to get nowhere in this matter. I'm very upset and frustrated with Metro when I asked to speak with someone about this I was denied, all I asked for was the services which I paid for and due to being admitted in the hospital in the Intensive Care Until I was unable to get services which I had paid for. I have wasted much of my time just trying to speak with someone about this issue and still have not been able to do that. I've wasted money for services that I could not use. I tried to email my hospital discharge papers to prove my illness and no one will help me. I have been offered to switch to Verizon several times and even thought about switching back to straight talk. I never had any issues like this when I was with straight talk.
