THEY POKED AROUND ON IT & TOLD ME IT WAS WORKING. **. WILL NOT RING**. UNABLE TO RETRIEVE MESSAGES **I WAS TOLD I WAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR UPGRADE UNTILL AUG. ** THEN WOULD NEED TO PAY $**. FOR A DIFFERENT PHONE BECAUSE I HAD THE PHONE TOO LONG SINCE MAY. EVEN THOUGH I WAS OFTEN IN THE STORE TRYING TO GET SOME ONE TO MAKE IT WORK*THE EMPLOYEES WERE COURTEOUS AND WAS TELLING ME WHAT THEY HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED TO TELL CUSTOMERS. ALWAY NEW EMPLOYEES. SAW ONE FEMALE TWICE THE MEN CHANGED EVERY TIME I WENT **YESTERDAY I GAVE UP AND WENT TO SPRINT.& GOT PHONE THAT WORKS* WHICH OF COURSE COST*WHAT DO I WANT METRO TO DO??ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHICH THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT.
