Get phone replaced. It is covered under warranty. ... I purchased iPhone July ** two weeks later it will not charge. Went to store they said I had to wait a week. I did that now they are saying I have to wait another week. I bought my phone because my old phone does not work properly. I want my new phone now. It should be covered under warranty. There is no reason I should be with out my new phone. This should have been taken care of the day it no longer worked.
I need a phone that works. I needed a working phone.
Get my replacement phone now. Inconvience using a phone that doesn't work properly.
