I up graded to a new phone and was told that I had to get a new number. Not only did I pay for the upgrade, I paid for my service. I was not able to get logged into my gmail account because i had a two step verification from my previous phone so i went back to metro authorized dealar and had to pay to get my old phone back. I was not given back my $$ for the new phone, and they said they credited my account which is false because not only did they change my plan, I had to pay an additional **.**. I need someone to call me, and handle this. Its been two months and no one has returned my phone calls.
