I am trying to get my phone that was less than **hrs old replaced for one who's screen is not broken and has the right screen protector like I paid over $*** for the day b*. ... I just bought a new LG K** on **** at around * pm. with the case and screen protector and I noticed the screen protector, upon leaving thr store i saw the screen protector on the phone was noticeably too small for the screen cause there was a large gap that was unprotected all around it between where the protector ended and the phone started....I went back into the store and asked the guy at metro and he said it was the right one! The next day, not even ** hrs later, I was on the pasangers side of my friends car with the phone on my lap and when I got out of the car, the phone fell onto the floor of the front seat of my friends truck, which is metal but still it didnt fall that far and the screen cracked a lot! You can tell it started cracking where it wasnt protected so i went straight back to metro pcs and told the same guy that helped me the day before! I was told there was nothing that could be done! He said that since i didnt have insurance there was nothing i could do except buy a new phone at regular price. I pointed out that it wasnt the right screen protector and he agreed and quickly changed the screen protector to one that did corectly cover the whole phone's screen but still didnt do anything about the broken screen on my brand new phone. I told him I was under the impression I could add insurance for up to * days so I'll add insurance. He answered that I needed to call them and file a claim with them. I know he messed up and put the wrong screen protector on my phone so i feel he needs to replace my phone for one that not only has the right screen protector but also one who's screen is unbroken since had the right protector been on it wouldn't have broken.
He realized he made a mistake and was quick to replace the screen protector to the right one on top of the broken glass but didnt want to take responsibility for his mistake and replace my phone.
I was a new phone thats glass is not cracked and I want it to have the right protector on it like i paid for.
I have spent thousands of dollars just this last * months with metro and even now i just spent close to $*** for a phone and all the extras...the least he could do sonce my pho n e broke as a result of his negligence is give me a phone thats glass is unbroken and has the right screen protectoe like i paid for.
I tried to talk to the guy who sold me the phone and put the wrong protector on it all he did was replace the screen protector.

I was trying to have a phone with all the protection possible on it in order to keep it from breaking and i was given the wrong screen protector for my phone one that did not protect it.
