I payed my $**.** phone bill via debit card on July **th ****, in return for for an entire months service or so i thought. I have a text from customer care, confirming my payment in July **th. Here we are two weeks later and I've received a text message stating that I need to pay my phone bill by tomorrow's date. I would like my entire months service that I have already paid for, before I have to pay it, again for another months service!
