I have a LG Stylo * (Q***ms) Metro PCS I brought it to my country Dominican Republic, I requested in UNLOCKLOCKS service to see if I was eligible for the unlocking, they told me that if I was eligible, I made the payment and they sent me an email that I could unlock it from the subway application (DEVICE UNLOCK). I enter and I give him to continue and he tells me (DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED BY YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER, PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER CARE). I would like to know how to solve this problem. Thank you.
