Pay my daughters phone bills online ... I paid my bill for my daughters cell phone bills through an app called CELLPAY on this past Friday and their phones are off. WHY? Then customer service *****, I've been trying to talk to a agent since f*and can't get through....which has to be the stupidest **** EVER.
I have a kid with special needs that's at home with their siblings and they can't call me while I'm at work if there is an emergency.....they phones STILL not on
I want my money back!!!!!!!!!
Over a year now and it may not get paid on time all the time but it gets paid.....I'm just about to switch providers and be done with it. Then we will all be with the same provider and on one bill.
I've been to SEVERAL Metro PCS providers and have talked to SEVERAL of them....all they could do was give an extension that only last **hrs. It's been over a WEEK and the **** ain't posted YET and the phones are BACK OFF.....EXTENSION EXPIRED
