I went into your store in Naples Florida on Radio Road and I changed from Cricket service to MetroPCS my old phone was a Samsung the new phone I got was a Samsung I noticed the the man In Charge took my old phone apart took my SIM card and forgot to put the back on my old phone I inquired about it the next day he said he did not do this which I saw him do and also saw and take my SIM card which I did not notice till lately I called there and ask him if the old SIM card was used in a new phone and he said no so now I have a perfectly good Samsung phone with no SIM card and no phone back plate and I've recently learned that there is gold in these SIM cards which is probably why he took mine it's not a big deal but it just annoys me very much and that is my complaint thank you very much
