I have been having difficulties allday and evening today ******** in regards to my temporary restoration for ** hours and was assured by the representative Rap Rey.whom i spoke with at *:**pm and was advised to continue trying the one-time ** hour extension via the app every * minutes until about *pm as my cycle date was still pending due to it being change and I have been doing so since the time we ended our phone call at approximately *:** p.m. and it is now **:** p.m. and I am still unable to do a one-time ** hour temporary restoration I have been continuously calling since * p.m. and haven't yet been able to speak to a live representative. I've never had this issue in the past and a very loyal customer and I am highly highly dissatisfied! I would appreciate if someone could please contact me back in regards to solving my issue. *As i also told the agent, i wouldn't mind one bit nor be so upset and impatient, if I didn't have small children and have no source of communication if something serious were to occur ..thank you kindly
