Hello, I called Metro PCS yesterday and spoke to a representative regarding an issue with my ZTE blade zMAX phone, I haven't been receiving calls or text messages it seems like the issue isn't happening all the time because throughout this phone cycle I have receive calls and texts but yesterday morning my son told me that he had been trying to get ahold of me while he was at the store he called me four or five times and also he send me several text messages, when I checked my phone I had no messages from him or no missed calls. So I shut my phone off turned it back on check to see if there's any updates which it said it was up to date and I asked my son to call me again and text me so I can see if I was receiving calls and messages I had him call me * times and send me a message which I did not receive the calls or the messages so I went ahead and called Metro UPS and spoke to a representative and let her know the issues that I was having, she asked me if I've experienced this issue before I told her yes it happened about * weeks prior to this incident. She told me that she wasn't sure what was going on and she placed me on hold when she came back on she explained to me that she needed me to shut my phone off and wait about ** minutes or so before turning it back on because I have some test that was going to be run so I told her okay then I explained to her that my bill was due on the **th and I haven't paid it yet she said that was fine she was going to do some type of *** hour extensionn because I didn't want to pay the phone bill if I was going to continue to have the issues with the phone. Well I shut the phone off what about an hour I turned it back on which I received two text messages from a representative at MetroPCS, I had my son try calling me again he called me * times which I receive both calls. Okay so today about an hour ago I started experiencing the same issues again I wasn't receiving calls I had one of my clients trying to get a hold of me can you try calling me several times which I did not receive any of those calls, I was online checking my email I had had an email from this client asking me to call him as soon as possible cuz he called me earlier several times and left me voicemail for me to get ahold of him as soon as possible. I'm not sure what's going on however I do need my phone to be working properly because of the type of work I do I can't afford to be missing phone calls from clients. Also the representative that I spoke to yesterday had mentioned to me about crediting my bill for the issues with the phone I do not see any credit being added to my account, now when I ask you the representative what type of credit it would be there was mention half or low more of what my monthly phone service is. So I look forward to hearing from somebody hopefully as soon as possible thank you..
