My Samsung J* is not sending messages like it should. I have tried power cycling the phone , making sure everything is up to eat, taking the battery out for a couple minutes and power cycling it again. Half the time messages will not send saying I do not have service. Which is strange because up until a few weeks ago I never had that problem. People are always telling me they can not hear me when we talk on the phone and calls are being dropped. My phone is in a case and has a screen protector in it and has been this way since the day I bought it from metro. I can't call customer service and ask for tech support because the phone which has the issues is the phone I would have to use to call. So that's not an option. It's stressful and annoying to know I am paying for a service which I can't even use.
