On Fri the **th I purchased * ALC LINKZONE MHS BLK TMUS KIT SN***************. I played for the device with cash. My device did not work properly and when I looked into the receipt I realized that Laura Reynolds was on the receipt?! She entered the store and upgraded her phone, paid $** for June **** service and for almost * months a loyal customer yet without her consent ********* transaction at register ***** CSR p******** the clerk I believe either A. Made an error B. Assumed that we were a couple and on the same plan? Or C. Did some type of funny business transaction that does not even make sense according to my receipt. As a result of this L.Reynolds acc. ********* was text on Sunday **th that a balance of $** was due on June *th?? She also told me that her service was interrupted Saturday the **th. It was a mess on her end and she had to take time out of her Sunday morning to address the issue. Now as for my personal customer it was experience ,in my experience i felt less than satisfactory with my product and purchase. Why? Because it didn't work properly and i was highly dissatisfied. I went into location ***** with two intentions to straighten to make sure that my product had nothing to do with Ms Reynolds since she paid for the phone by herself and paid for her service at the kiosk by herself and I paid for my device at the counter by myself while she waited for me at the lobby part of store while I completed my purchase. ** METRO promise in my opinion is a flagrant misrepresentantion of your return policy. I wanted to get my own service and they wanted to charge me another $**?!! After I paid that two days ago with a $*.** insurance. My second intention was to swithch but got irritatated since I felt like the entire staff tried to intimidate us by standing all behind the acting manager at that time. Work mibbing, us it really necessary for * to * employees to hear our concern. Of no fault of my own, two days later to get my service I get penalized! A paying customer new to thus device and service?! That's a racket I my book. Then I asked for my money back but was denied even though it was in box,receipt, paid cash within * days because the clerk indirectly humiliated me and said this is not cox?* besides you used all **gbts !!! In the two days?! I wasnt happy with device, experience or service. My device is sitting in the box collecting dust . I would like my money back ? Nowhere on receipt does it say anything about **gbt that I highly doubt was used on the receipt, just a colleagues name and a false Metro Promise. Stand by your service, and Policies like other and hopefully that poor display of customer service won't happen to anybody else. You guys lost my business!!!!! I paid Almost $** for nothing. Both Laura and I were there that . $*** between the both of us and that's how this store treats its customers. Like dirt. While two to three of their workers are playing on their personal devices. Well somebody had to pay for their hourly wage? Why not me? What a shame and a waste of money. I would like thus fixed by standing by your metro PCs promise without any last minute technicalities,surprise charges and an honest device and a better communication from csr.
