Get the Samsung I asked for... ... I went into a MetroPCS store ** days ago and I asked if I could get the the Free Samsung Phone with the promotion when I switched the Rep (who was alone in the store) stated that, that phone was not on promotion. She gave me a Moto e* phone and that was that... Two days later I see the posters for the phone that I ask for was on promotion. I contacted the corporate store in Denver and they told me to go back to the store with everything I purchased and EXCHANGE them... I've been to that store more that * times since I got my phone and the same girl is there and refuses to exchange the phone want to charge me a **$ restocking fee which in the receipt that, that would only be charged if it was after ** days... I've called several different customer service numbers and made many complaints on that store and all I am being told is. Sorry it is nothing we can do... NOW it's past the six days allowed to return the device AND because I have talked on the phone more than a hour I'm S.O.L there are notes in my account that state that I can back to the store where the device was purchased and exchange it for the Samsung decieve. And still nothing... All I wanted to do is exchange this piece of **** phone for the one I asked for that WAS ON PROMOTION for switching carriers.
The customer is always right and they need to train their authorized retailers better and to have respect and own up to the mistake that was make on their behalf
I want what I asked for.
I brought more business to there company.
I've been to corporate called the customer service number multiple times and still it's my fault that a MetroPCS rep gave misleading information and won't correct her wrong.
I have an issue with Metro PCS too
