First off, I've been a loyal customer since the age of **. I'm now ** yrs of age. I recently decided to use my hotspot after not having a need to use it in I don't know how long. I logged into my account and saw that I could add hotspot for an additional $*. I saw that the payment was due to be payed immediately. I was thinking I could have it rolled over to my next bill. However, my phone was suspended over me not having $*. Although I just payed $**.** that day to have my service restored after * weeks of being disconnected. I just think its pretty messed up to have payed so much money to pay your bill only to have it suspended over $*. You will miss many customers with this policy unless you change it. I would be switching my services immediately also.
