I have sold an item and contacted the person I sent it to several times with no response. I was told that bc I didn't use a tracking number my item was cancelled and I do not get payment, that is ABSOLUTELY unfair. It would be different if the person claimed they didn't receive the item however they have just not marked received or not chosen to respond at all. I want this matter looked into and handled ASAP!!!!
GetHuman-imacarol did not yet indicate what Mercari should do to make this right.
