I have been trying to order several different items from mercadolibre de Mexico with my USA credit card. I have ordered many things before from them. They keep asking me to give them my cell phone * to send a verification, but I only have a USA cell, which they keep refusing. I don’t know why they can’t send it to my email, which is confirmed by my fingerprint! Please advise. Their customer service, which is all via computer prompts is AWFUL!
