Paid for order at bank but order shows still pending payment.

Desde ahí, podrás elegir las opciones pertinentes para tu situación. Si no has recibido tu pedido dentro del plazo de entrega estimado por el vendedor, puedes iniciar una reclamación. MercadoLibre analizará la situación; en muchos casos, podría realizar un reembolso completo si se trata de un incumplimiento por parte del vendedor. Recuerda ser constante y seguir los pasos adecuados dentro de la plataforma para resolver tu problema.

No puedo ingresar a mi cuenta y me cancelaron un pedido, y no se que pasara con el dinero

Si no puedes ingresar a tu cuenta, te recomendamos intentar restablecer tu contraseña. Por otro lado, si tu pedido fue cancelado, generalmente, MercadoLibre reembolsa el monto pagado a tu cuenta de MercadoPago. Puede demorar hasta 48 horas hábiles en verse reflejado. Si realizaste el pago por otro medio, el tiempo de devolución puede variar. Si el dinero no se refleja después de este periodo, te sugerimos verificar en el detalle de tu compra para ver el estado de tu reembolso.
