I am having issues with the delivery company, Redpack. Despite providing them with directions, they claim they cannot find me and are requesting I pick up the package. I am unable to do so as I do not have access to a vehicle. I paid for delivery and expect my package to be delivered as promised. The delivery person texted me mentioning the inability to deliver, which is confusing. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Last week, when I tried to replace my sensor, I encountered issues getting a reading and was prompted to replace it. Lacking a spare, I returned the faulty Libre 2 Sensor to the pharmacist, who advised me to contact you for a replacement. Although he mentioned providing one with my next prescription, I am currently without a sensor and would appreciate it if you could send a replacement. Thank you.

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. On August 17th, I made a purchase of a security camera for my residence in Chapala Centro, Jalisco [redacted]. Subsequently, the seller contacted me, requesting the cancellation of the order due to an inability to provide the necessary documentation to customs. As the seller was located outside Mexico, this unforeseen circumstance led to the cancellation. After the cancellation, a refund of $[redacted] pesos was issued, prompting me to search for an alternative camera model. Despite numerous attempts to place a new order using the refunded amount and arrange for a cash payment at the local OXXO store, I have encountered persistent issues. I have reported this problem on six separate occasions, receiving responses that have not provided a viable solution. As of today, August 27th, I am still unable to complete my order after an extensive 10-day delay. I have always made cash payments for my orders and prefer not to use a credit card. Regrettably, the current situation remains unresolved, leading to considerable frustration. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I am experiencing issues with my Meradolibre account. I completed my order but encountered a problem when trying to withdraw my money. I received a penalty for not completing the order on time due to a lack of funds. I completed the order a week later, but I am still unable to withdraw my money. I am worried about losing the money. They requested registration through the Mercado Libre platform to increase sales for merchants. The job involved completing virtual sales tasks and earning a commission of 1-30% per task with flexible working hours. The provided Mercado Libre link led me to invest around 15k, but I became suspicious when asked to invest more before withdrawing money earned from tasks. After expressing my concerns, they refused to reimburse my initial investment. I believe this could be a scam and seek clarification to determine the legitimacy of the website. I made a purchase (Purchase Detail September 19 | #[redacted][redacted]), the seller sent intentionally the wrong product (a Chinese imitation not worth a quarter of what I paid) because he had not updated the product's price when I made the purchase. It seems like a clear maneuver from the seller to take advantage, and MercadoLibre does not penalize him; on the contrary, they reward him by not forcing him to fulfill his part of the deal with the already paid price. Now, the item I want to buy is double the price, and I have to spend my time going to another post office that is not even close. Meanwhile, the seller doesn't lose money (due to his clear irresponsibility and protection from MercadoLibre), and I am the one affected, having to waste time to get my money back. If you look, there are many complaints of this kind.

I came across an online work ad on Facebook, then I contacted someone claiming to be from Marcado Libre. They assigned me six tasks, and when I completed them, they added a seventh task worth one lakh rupees. When I questioned why the additional task was added, they mentioned it was part of the design. I am now seeking to withdraw the money. I have spent 25,[redacted] on this. I have requested a refund of my money, not the commission, but they are unresponsive. Many are warning me that it might be fake. Can anyone confirm if this is indeed a scam?

I am having trouble with my Meradolibre account. I completed my order and now want to withdraw my money. However, they are requesting a withdrawal fee before granting me access to my funds. I am a PhD student based in Miami and unfortunately fell victim to a scam involving an online shop called Mercado Libre China. The app claimed to be authorized by Mercado Libre Argentina and required me to invest money without needing my own products or storage. Within 8 days, I received orders totaling [redacted] USD, paid [redacted] USD for some orders, and mainly catered to customers from Brazil, Mexico, and other Latin American countries. However, the app locked my account due to the overwhelming amount of orders I couldn't keep up with, requesting a [redacted] USD fee to reactivate it. After searching on Mercado Libre's official site, I found no connection to this scam. I have reported the incident to the FBI and Hong Kong police as the scammers have accounts in Standard Chartered Bank HK and a RMB account in China. I suspect this is a well-organized scam involving an international team. I'm reaching out to raise awareness and prevent others from falling victim like me.
