I recently made a purchase for two round trip tickets from Boston to New York. The departure ticket from Boston was for November **, **** at *:**am. The departure ticket from New York was for November **, **** at *:**pm. There was no issue with the departure from Boston and I successfully boarded and completed that trip. However, I did not board the bus departing from New York on November **, **** at *:**pm, due to several scheduling emails from megabus. I received multiple emails that said my bus was delayed . The the last email I received stated that the bus was scheduled to arrive **-** minutes from my scheduled departure time. When I tried to call megabus no one answered. I would like a refund for my ticket from New York to Boston on November **, **** at *:**PM. My Reservation Number was **-****-*******-M**R-****-NEW-BOS, Seat *.
GetHuman-mixonar did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
