Hi, I booked a ticket on my card on ******** for my auntie to leave from Ga to NoLa on Fri. ******** but she couldn’t take the trip due to death in the family!! I called **hrs in advance to notify megabus about my issue and was told to send an email!! I understand MegaBus does not refund, All I would like is for MegaBus to give me a credit on my trip that would allow me to use in the near future!! Thanks in advance...
