We stayed at the Marriot Sawgrass recently, and they agreed to take our support dog(a small toy poodle) without charge. After several days, they added a $*** charge without saying a word to us. This is probably illegal, if not immoral. They were rude, and would not provide a room without steps to my husband. By refusing to accommodate a Parkinson’s patient, they violated federal law. It is shameful.
