Marriott Hotels and Resorts prioritize guest satisfaction and take the issue of lost and found items seriously. Our policy ensures a diligent process for recovering and returning belongings. Upon discovering any lost item, our staff promptly logs and secures it in our system. To aid in efficient retrieval, we encourage guests to report any lost belongings as soon as possible. Marriott keeps lost items for 30 days and, during this time, guests can easily inquire about their belongings by contacting the hotel directly. We strive to return lost items swiftly, either through shipping arrangements at the guest's expense, or by holding items for personal pickup. However, for certain valuable items, including passports and identification documents, we immediately notify the issuing authorities. Marriott aims to provide excellent service by reuniting guests with their lost possessions whenever possible.
