I tried to log into my oktoberfestdepot mailchimp account and it says that there is no account! I have not had any trouble in the past with logging in but now it seems that our account has disappeared or been suspended??!! There were well over **** contacts in this account and campaigns were sent from this account. We were about to switch to a paid plan because we are growing rapidly as a business. We get bulk emails because we attend giant German festivals with our business and people voluntarily opt in to leave their emails if they make a purchase. We then pay to use BRITE VERIFY to double check our emails. Therefore, if we are suspended for some reason, I would hope you will remedy this problem ASAP as we use solid ethical standards and work hard to get these emails. This is incredibly frustrating and the fact that you are so difficult to access is disappointing. Now that we are about to switch to a paid plan, we are reconsidering whether or not to use MailChimp or choose another company with more customer service access support. **Also, I never received a single email to let me know there was a problem??**Please contact me asap.**Denise Gouge****-***-****
