The issue in GetHuman672699's own words
The same thing happened to me. I'm using Internet Explorer **, and I'm ready to send a campaign, but MailChimp won't allow me to add recipients to the campaign. When I click the Add Recipients button, it disappears, instead of displaying my recipients lists for selection. This did not happen with my previous four campaigns sent out through MailChimp with this same browser. Because I have a Forever Free account (and don't get anywhere near the monthly send limit or recipient limit), I can't even contact customer service. So that really stinks! But since another customer solved the problem by using Chrome, instead of IE, I will try it with a different browser.
GetHuman672699 did not yet indicate what MailChimp should do to make this right.
