The issue in GetHuman-letteli's own words
I was charged twice for a ride. There are two charges in my bank statement that I can provide a copy of. Two changes for $*.**. If you compare my ride history and bank statement you will see that the charge was processed and I only took one ride for that amount. I would like it refunded and to be credited since this was Thursday December **st and have been treated very poorly by support telling me to tell my card company to fix it when this has nothing to do with my bank. It is clearly a charge from the Lyft corporation so there is only a fraudulent charge on your behalf so I don't see why I would want to file a charge for that. If I have to get in contact with my bank I will and since I have not taken Lyft and will be using other means of transportation.
