I contacted Lyft customer service a few days ago because I was unable to purchase the *.** pass for ride discounts. I received an error message that stated I was ineligible because I had to receive the promotion directly from Lyft. I also included the email from Lyft with the promo ad. Jan Carlo replied as follows:**Jan Carlo (Lyft)*Dec **, *:** AM PST**Hi Nancy,**Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand your concern about not being able to purchase a Lyft Pass. We know how important it is to be able to take advantage of this great offer.**Upon checking, the reason you are unable to purchase a Lyft Pass is that your account is not verified by Lyft. I have resent the verification email to the email address associated with your account. Once you have verified your email address, you may be able to purchase the Lyft Pass.**If you have additional questions, please feel free to ask and we'll be more than happy to help. I hope you have a great day.**All the best,*Jan Carlo*Lyft Support *help.lyft.com* *I followed the instructions several times but received the same message and was still unable to purchase the pass. I sent several emails to Jan Carlo but received no reply.*When I arrived to San Diego I attempted to use a Lyft just to discover that my account had been disabled.
