I arrived at the airport cell phone lot in San Diego at approximately **:** PM this evening I received a ride request you pick up passengers at the airport. When I arrived at the pick up area the passenger had three children with no car seat. The passenger refusal to cancel the ride, therefore, I had to cancel the ride. May I add, that while I was sitting in the cell phone lot I received a bonus Notification at the bottom of my screen which increased as I sat there waiting fir the ride and ended at $* and some change. . I called customer support to let them know why the ride was canceled out of my control and the person that I spoke to was so so rude he said I might get my five dollar cancellation fee and I might not but I will definitely not get my bonus. I was appalled and very up set because I had Been sitting in the cell phone lot during prime time but iny the time the whole ordeal was over prime time was over and I was left with no ride and no prime time and a rude rude customer service agent! from li been sitting in the cell phone lot during prime time but it kind it was all over with prime time was over and I was left with no ride your prime time and are rude customer service agent from Lyft. Seriously? I called I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding this issue I would put on hold and no one ever returned your phone call and it was disconnected. I tried calling back at least five times and continued to be put on hold and no one ever returned my phone call. I have never been treated so rudely and your third customer service representative ruined my evening my Christmas
