I scheduled a ride last night November **th for a pickup at an address at *:** a.m. November **th. After I scheduled the pick up immediately after a driver was a couple minutes from my house on the way. I called him and told him I was trying to schedule a ride for early morning and said there was an error sorry you started coming this way. So I went back into the app and reschedule the time again and another driver was a couple minutes from the house and by the time I clicked on it he was already there. I got charged at $* fee for canceling a trip that I never set in the first place. Then this morning a driver was indeed there at *:** and my brother took the ride but it sent me a message charging me $** for a missed ride again. When I clicked on the go-ahead to set up the ride originally it said the trip was $** and it ended up being $** or $** also.
GetHuman-mendell did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
